You book for 3, 4 or 6 hours. Generally , our booking run as follows: 10am to 2pm / 2:30pm to 6:30pm / 7pm to 11pm. We can consider other charter times based on our charter schedule.

Please note No Captain or Mate is included in this rate.

A USCG Licensed Captain is required. A list of authorized captains will be provided. Renter to communicate directly with the captain.

Captain Rates range from $130 to $150 per hour.for the Captain and $50.00 per hour for the Stewart or Mate

Gratuity for Captains is suggested, but not included in their rates. The standard industry rate is 25% of the captain's total rate.

Fuel and cleaning fees are included in the hourly rate.

Charter Guidelines: Charter Capacity is 13 passengers + Captain/Crew. No more than 12 guests plus the charterer (renter). All passengers must be 21 to drink alcoholic beverages Liability Charter Agreement is required before departure. No lifeguard on duty, swimming is at your own risk. A signed waiver is required for swimming
No red wine, colored juices, or staining food Renter is liable for any damage to the vessel

Weather Policy: If it is unsafe to operate on the day of your charter due to weather, then we will give you a full refund or reschedule at no charge on a date/time the boat is available.

On the day of your charter, we have the authority to deem whether weather conditions are considered safe or unsafe. Uncharterable weather conditions are typically the result of (but are not limited to) heavy storms, waves forecasted over 4+ feet, small craft advisory warnings, gale storms, and strong winds. Light rain and passing storms are typically considered safe. In the case that conditions are considered unsafe, our team will work with the guests to temporarily postpone or reschedule your charter to a future date.

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start date. 50% refund for cancellations between 2-5 days before the booking start date. Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start date are non-refundable.
